Customer Email Notification
Every customer order, processing, completing or rejecting that order, is communicated to the customer instantaneously. We strongly recommend that you check your spam folder for our email and then mark that email as NOT SPAM to avoid future email not receiving trouble.
Mahjabin Boutique respects customers full satisfaction. With that in mind, whenever a customer feels that any delivered product needs to be replaced and exchanged, they can do so. How cool is that! But, the cusomer must show us the customer invoice and the product must be intact.
Customer can send back the return product to us either by courier (courier cost must be bear by customer) or send directly to our show rooms.
In a nutshell, we accept sort of payment method. A customer can pay us through cash on delivery, bKash and any bank transfer. While any customer select payment via Cash On Delivery, on spot they can pay cash, pay via bKash or even use their VISA or Master Card.
It will be great if the customer specify while confirming order over mobile phone about which payment method they wish to use.
